Deep Tissue ~ Designed to alleviate chronic symptoms and pain. A combination of long deep strokes with the movement of energy creates an environment for long-term corrections. This type of massage is aimed at the deeper tissue structures of the muscle and fascia, also called connective tissue. Using Deep Tissue massage in conjunction with other movement therapies or exercise will greatly improve your structure and posture.

CranioSacral ~ This is very light work with the spine and head to ease the restrictions of nerve passages, reduce pain, and realign bones. The theory is that when blockages occur in spinal fluid, an unharmonious balance in the body can occur, resulting in muscle and joint strain, emotional disturbances, and the improper operation of the body's organs and central nervous system.

Therapeutic ~ A specialized session to overcome injury and bring the body back to a healthy balance. Use of stretching, active participation, guided movement and homework will help to move you through restrictions in the tissue and alleviate adhesions. A focused session working specifically targeted areas.

Thai Massage ~ "Passive Yoga". This is an ancient healing massage developed in India and preserved in Thailand. works on the major meridians, also called energy lines or Nadis, which run throughout the human body. It aims to harmonize the body, to loosen blocks, and to recoup deficiencies along the energy lines. It combines techniques often used separately in western physiotherapies such as Trigger Point Therapy, Myofacial Release Techniques and Neuro Muscular Therapy.
